Provisional bookings are held for one week, after which, if
written confirmation and deposit are not received the booking
is cancelled. |

A deposit is required and cancellation of the booking will result
in the loss of the deposit. The total bill is to be paid 2 weeks
prior to the event. |

| 3.
The choice of menu and approximate numbers should be confirmed
two weeks prior to the function. Exact numbers are required
no latter than 6 days prior to the event. It is this "final
number" that will be catered and charged for as a minimum. |

| 4.
Children under 12 are charged at half price. Children under
5 are free of charge. |

| 5.
All prices are inclusive of VAT however the management wish
to point out that whilst every effort will be made to maintain
current prices they reserve the right to alter the prices if
necessary. |

Entertainment (Disco's) will be booked through the management
only. Please contact the management should you wish to provide
your own alternative entertainment. |
